Ashley is a strategic, growth-oriented marketing and communications leader with 15 years of experience working cross-functionally to develop effective, award-winning marketing and communications campaigns. She brings experience in account management, strategy, creative development, client relations, and team leadership, with a proven ability to work well with all levels of an organization.

Rob is a small business consultant, personal coach, advisor, and trainer spanning more than 20 years, with a specific focus on the development of people and building or refining processes. 
Rob’s background also includes successful careers in sales and business development, creating and facilitating group training programs, and small business ownership in multiple industries.

Michael Grudecki is a senior revenue and go-to-market executive with more than 20 years of experience helping B2B organizations grow with clarity, discipline, and execution.

As a founding executive of The Fractional Executive Network, Michael partners with founders and leadership teams as a fractional CRO, CMO, or COO—bringing structure to revenue operations, aligning sales and marketing, and building repeatable growth systems.
